It’s my one year no screen print anniversary!

For those of you that have followed me for a while, you know that I screen printed all my products for years and years (7 to be exact). I took great pride in doing everything myself. I was devoted to selling products made from my own two hands and being a one woman show. But ya know what? I reached a point where I couldn’t do it anymore. I was burrrrrrnt out. All day everyday I was screen printing in my studio and there was no time for any other parts of my business, or creativity! I decided I needed to outsource, but like any business owner who’s done everything forever…scaling up and finding a person to take on a hugely important business task was a scary leap.

Fast forward to now and I can say… this decision was one of the best I’ve ever made. I’m happy, I have time to devote to other things now, and the quality of work I’m able to outsource is top notch. Better than I could ever do myself! All I keep thinking is, why didn’t I do this sooner?
